This policy explains what Community Connect Pro collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and what you can do about it.

Community Connect Pro ("we", "us", "our") is located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. This policy covers communityconnectpro.app and the subdomains we use to run it. It does not cover the separate websites of our customers, or third-party sites we link to.

The short version

We collect what you type into our forms, booking widgets, surveys and chat — because that is how we reply to you.
We measure traffic with Google Analytics, and we record which marketing source brought you here.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run advertising or remarketing pixels on this site.
We never see or store your card number.
You can ask us to delete what we hold. Email support@communityconnectpro.app and we will.

What we collect

Information you give us

Our contact form, demo request, booking calendar, surveys and website chat are the main places we collect personal information. Depending on which one you use, that typically means your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever you choose to write in a message or answer in a survey.

You decide what to send us. If you would rather not use a form, call us at (888) 828-6345.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site we automatically receive standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of those visits. This is ordinary web-server and analytics data.

We also record which marketing source, campaign or link brought you to the site, and associate it with your enquiry if you later submit one. This is how we know which of our marketing efforts actually work.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar browser storage for three purposes only: to make the site function, to measure traffic, and to attribute an enquiry to the marketing source that produced it.

Your browser can block or delete cookies at any time through its own settings. Blocking them may stop the chat widget or booking calendar from working correctly, but the rest of the site will still load.

Why we use it

We use the information above to:

Reply to your enquiry, schedule your demo, and provide the services you ask for.
Send you information about our products and services — and you can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it.
Understand how the site is used and improve it.
Attribute enquiries to marketing sources so we can measure what works.
Meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent it.

Who processes it for us

These are the third parties that handle personal information on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with that data.

Our CRM and communications platform — the system that runs our contact forms, booking calendar, surveys and website chat. Every submission from this site is delivered into, and stored in, that platform, and it is the primary place your information lives once you send it to us. Its widgets are served to this site from link.communityconnectpro.app.

Google Analytics 4 (property G-XDK601QN6J) — website traffic measurement. Google collects usage data as described in its own privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out across all sites using Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Cloudflare — serves and protects this website. It processes request data, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and guard against abuse.

We may also disclose personal information where we are legally required to — for example in response to a valid request from a court or government agency — or where we reasonably need to in order to investigate wrongdoing, protect someone's safety, or defend our legal rights. If we are ever involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may transfer with the business; we will post notice here before it becomes subject to a different policy.

What we do not do

We are naming these explicitly because generic privacy policies routinely claim them, and ours previously did in error:

We do not run Meta/Facebook pixels, Google Ads remarketing tags, or any other advertising or retargeting pixel on this website.
We do not use Matomo.
We do not offer social-media login, and we do not pull information from your social accounts.
We do not operate user accounts on this marketing website.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

If any of this changes, this section changes with it.

Payments

You cannot pay on this website. Checkout runs on a separate hosted page at buy.communityconnectpro.app.

Your card number is never transmitted to or stored on this site. Card details go directly to our payment processors, NMI and Stripe, both of which are PCI-DSS compliant. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the billing details needed to issue a receipt and service the account.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records in our CRM for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as we need to meet legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations.

Analytics data is kept in aggregate for trend analysis and is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will — except where we are legally required to keep a record.

Your choices and your rights

You can, at any time:

Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy.
Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
Ask us to delete it.
Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message we send.
Opt out of analytics using Google's opt-out add-on linked above, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Email support@communityconnectpro.app to exercise any of these. We do not charge for it, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU/UK GDPR. Contact us at the address above and we will honour any right that applies to you.

Security

We protect this site with HTTPS throughout, and we rely on established providers to store data on our behalf. That said, no method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.

International transfers

We operate in the United States and our service providers are based primarily there. If you access this site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where data-protection law may differ from your own.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

This site links to pages we do not operate, including our customers' websites and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will also be announced by email or by a notice on the site before they take effect.
